On April 28, 2026, Atera adjusted its pricing. The change will take effect on your next billing cycle, starting on or after June 1, 2026.

Since our last pricing update in 2022, Atera has significantly expanded the platform – including the launch of AI Copilot, which will now be included in every plan at no extra cost. The new pricing reflects the enhanced value we’ve delivered over the past four years. We’ve made every effort to keep this increase to a minimum while ensuring the platform continues to grow.

New pricing takes effect on July 28, 2026 for annual plans, and on June 1, 2026 for monthly plans and new business. The specific timing for your account depends on your billing cycle and renewal date.

This update applies to customers on pricing plans signed before May 1, 2024, or who have been on legacy pricing since July 2022. If you’re unsure, you can check your subscription page at app.atera.com/settings/subscription. Customers on Superpower and Enterprise plans are also included in this update.

No. Your plan features stay exactly the same and your service level isn’t changing. The only two changes are: (1) your subscription price will align to current rates at your next renewal on or after July 28, 2026, and (2) AI Copilot will be added to your account at no extra charge – on June 1, 2026 if you are on monthly or new pricing, or at your first renewal on or after July 28, 2026 if you are on legacy pricing.

AI Copilot is Atera’s AI-powered assistant built directly into the platform. It helps technicians resolve tickets faster, generate scripts, draft responses, create knowledge base articles, and automate routine tasks – all from within the Atera interface.

Rather than remaining an optional add-on, it’s becoming a core part of every Atera plan, because we believe AI-native IT management is the direction the entire industry is heading. Every technician on your account will get access automatically, at no extra charge.

It depends on your current pricing tier.

If you are already on new/current pricing: you receive AI Copilot automatically on June 1, 2026.

If you are on legacy pricing: AI Copilot will be activated at your first renewal on or after July 28, 2026 – you don’t need to take any action, it will appear in your account automatically once your pricing has transitioned.

When you move to new pricing, AI Copilot will be included in your plan at no extra charge – the separate add-on cost will be removed. The bundled AI Copilot is exactly the same product you’ve been using; there is no downgrade in functionality. If you are on a monthly plan, you’ll receive this on June 1, 2026. If you are on an annual plan, the add-on cost will be removed at your next renewal on or after July 28, 2026, when AI Copilot becomes part of your plan. AI Copilot will also continue to receive updates as part of Atera’s core product roadmap.
